Mr. Harris has over 20 years of experience developing complex projects in the energy industry. He has researched markets, developed proposals, performed financial analysis, structured agreements, negotiated partnerships, led and worked in teams, resolved disputes, lobbied officials and arranged project financing.

For Gaz de France, he currently manages the company’s participation in a liquefied natural gas receiving terminal development project in Quebec. Other energy project consulting clients have included Celanese Canada, Westcoast Power, and Probyn & Company. Prior to joining GRT Energy Mr. Harris was Vice President, Business Development for GDF Energy, the US subsidiary of Gaz de France.

Mr. Harris also worked in various positions for Destec Energy and Long Lake Energy, for whom he developed and secured financing for the Kingston Cogeneration Project, a $130 Million gas-fired cogeneration project in Ontario, Canada.

Mr. Harris has an MBA in finance from NYU’s Graduate School of Business Administration, and a BA in liberal arts from Wesleyan University. Mr. Harris is fluent in French, as well as in English, his native language.
